why wont my craftsman 42" 19 hp riding mower turn over?
i have 12.6 volts in the battery. i tried unpluging the switch and jumping it. i have power to the soliniod, but does nothing. the tag on it says it's a brigs 19 turbo twin cylinder, automatic, 42" cut, model #917270781
