Why does my boiler not fire?

I have a Glow-worm micron 50FF boiler. I had an engineer call because it would attempt to run but not fire. Unfortunately he blew up the PCB board and then said the PCB board was faulty. I have now changed the PCB board and the ingniter as he managed to snap that also. Now i am back where i started with the boiler running but not firing. Any suggestions??

check the air pressure switch .you say boiler is running ,so i presume the fan and pump are making that noice. there wont be no spark if the pressure switch doesnt send a signal to the boiler. Its really a job for a Gas Safe eng. as it needs to be done safely
this would be what i would check first, after the info. you've given
