I need to clean out the pump on my zanussi washer fsj1255w?
water is not draining away I think that the pump is clogged up. I don't even know how to get into the pump I have taken the top off but can see no screws i the back
Have you removed the filter and washed it out first?.if so ,tip the machine on its back and the drain pump is up under the front panel behind the filter housing
