the problem is due to a poor connection on plugs under either seat on the seatbelt pretensioners.you will see them hanging down. checkto see they are pushed together properly.try not to pull them apart as there is a risk a surge can detonate them.if they need to come apart,dissconnect battery and leave for 10 minutes.
