how can i replace front discs ford focus 05?

my front discs are wearing low and need replacing
before mot

remove brake caliper with 7mm allen key and take out brake pads.then remove two bolts holding pad carrier.the disc should just pull off. if they are stuck on due to corrosion just give it a few good whacks from back with hammer
