how do i do a factory reset for this laptop when i bought the laptop from pc world no restore or recovery disc

First of all when did you buy it? What model number and Part No is it?
Sexondly, there is a restore partition which should allow you to rebuild the sytem. I think you press F11 as it boots and follow the prompts. If you are reallt suck get back to me and I may be able to help.
