vauxhall astra radiator leeking?

When ever I fill my radiator up, the following morning the tank is empty and I can't find any sign of a leak, can you help

Do you mean the coolant is disappearing overnight while the car is parked, or is it being lost when the car is driven?
What year and engine is it?
Does the car start and drive OK, any white smoke out of the exhaust?
Remove the oil filler cap, does it look there's mayonnaise on it?
