:Disconnect from mains, prise seal away from front panel, remove 10mm bolt from bottom of door opening, prise off plinth, remove four screws at bottom of front panel holding front panel to chassis and carefully pull front panel downwards.
:The cables connected to the door lock are not very long, the plug might possibly be able to pull out but I left it intact and leant the panel against left side of the machine.
:Remove overflow plug from top of door seal.
:Unscrew large wire clip securing seal to outer drum.
:Remove door seal.
:Clean away any soap residue from outer drum and front panel where seal will sit.
:With tag of seal at the top, push seal onto outer drum ensuring snug fit all round. This goes on quite easily so there is no need to lubricate it.
:Place large wire clip over door seal, located into rear channel of seal and tighten to secure seal to outer drum.
:Reconnect overflow plug at top of seal.
:Push front panel upwards to connect into top lugs.
:Refit four screws at bottom of panel to chassis, refit plinth.
:Refit 10mm bolt to bottom of door opening.
:Push seal around front opening, ensuring channel of seal sits snug over opening.
