Where can I find used John Deere Model 185 parts?

I'm in need of a starter motor for a Lawn Tractor from John Deere Model 185. If it matters, its serial number is M0085B023644. I believe it was made in 1989. I've looked all over to date without success. My local John Deere dealer has one available for $627, but I can't bring myself to pay that type of price.
-Thanks in advance

DB Electrical has a starter motor that will fit a John Deere 185 lawn tractor for $73. I bought a starter for a JD 425 last year from them for $69 and was very satisfied with the quality and service. That starter will fit many different machines, just scroll down and check it out. I think you'll find it at
