Sounds as if you need some screw/bolt removers
basically. drill into whats left of bolt. use the remover, which basically is reverse threaded. you screw them in opposite way to normal, so it removes the bolt.
Other than that.
VERY carefully drill out the bolts. BE VERY carefull about the size of drill. you need to use a drill, JUST a bit smaller than the inside of the thread. You need to remove the remnants of the bolt, not the threads on the bolt. The thread bits can be picked out later. If you are careful enough, you just need to fit new bolts of the same size. If not. well it depends on where the bolt goes to.
