brakes shoes -checked brake cylinder for leaks ok-checked brake chambers o/s inside chassis ok-what could it be

Hi, try to get some weight in the back, i had an 813 horsebox and that just went thur the test but it was right on the edge with low effort.

Dont use a horse or they wont test it lol, make sure the weight is right on top of the back axle.

Suggest leaking oil seal on rear hub. Oil soaked brake shoes won't produce much braking effort!
