Problem with leaking water from ravenheat RSF 100E? HELP??

I have a Raven heat RSF 100E, approx 6 years old was brand new when we moved in. Have had problems with from day 1. control panel not stayin up, intermitant hot water ( generally only get hot water when heating on). Problem I have now is on the control panel on right hand side where the pressure gage is i have leaking water from the back of it? is this normal and is it a job for a DIY'er or tradesman? would appreciate any help possible?

any work on a boiler should be carried out by a qualified engineer, but considering the problems you've had i'd look at getting it replaced despite it's age, ravenheat boilers are mince.
