My washer will not spin the water out at the of the rinse cycle

I have same problem with Bosch washing machine. Searchin the web, it tells me first to check the motor is spinning in the little hole at the front. If yes, take out any rubbish from there. If still nothing, then take out the back drainage hose and clear any fluff etc from there. Good luck
