My 2 year old dryer just stopped working. Now when I press the start button I just get a low buzzing noise until I release the button. Nothing happens. The strat button, door switch, and cord are all good. The belt is fine and the motor pulley spins by hand. What could be worng?

It sounds like you may possibly have a bad thermostat check for continuity/ 0 ohms on all of them (unit unplugged), which ever one is open/ infinite ohms needs replacing and also ensure that your dryer is free of excessive lint and no burnt wire connectors and wires are found, sometimes you can have wire that appears to be connected by looking at it but its not. good luck.
