is the clutch on an L reg 1200 clio adjustable ?

I got a quote for a new clutch for my Lreg 1200 clio of £450.00 the car is only worth that much. Can clutch be adjusted.

No, they self adjust on these, and when all of the movement is taken up, the clutch has to be replaced.
