Hello i have the Mircro Webcam and the screen will be black sometimes other times it is fine with a picture of me.... I installed the disk but some of the drivers I am assuming arent there... it is model number ic200c

More info please. What OS are you running? Do you have the webcam installation CD? Has camera worked this way from the beginning or was it working fine before? If you use Windows what steps if any did you take to look into the problem? I have the same camera working fine in Windows XP pro. Also works fine in Win98se, so maybe I could help but I would need all the info you have. You could try a complete uninstall and reinstall of camera making sure you follow the installation booklets instructions. Also maker has a web site with support for it did you check ther?
