According to the information I have the cigar lighter is a 10 amp fuse number 3 in the passenger compartment fusebox and the blower motor is a 20 amp fuse number 17 in the passenger compartment fusebox. Also in the engine compartment fuse box fuse link number 10 which is rated 30 amps controls the blower relay/cigar lighter relay and the heated rear window relay
