I did not line up pulleys properly before changing timing belt. Changed belt and tried to start engine and it looks like 1 pushrod bent. After replacing I now find it difficult to line up 3 pulleys. I seem to be able
to line up 2. What could be the problem?

STOP you might of worped the valves is so its expensive get a machanic to check it out

remove crank pin turn crank back about 1/4 turn,turn pump and fit pin,turn cam and fit pin then turn crank and refit pin-its just a case of pistons catching on valves ,you may need to turn either or both crank and cam to allow you to fit timing pins.
