freezer not freezing?

Hi have just purchased a second hand Ariston fridge/freezer the motor is working but the freezer doesn't freeze.

If the Unit will not freeze it will be a thermostat, cost approx £30 (UK) to fit, you can do the job under an hour, Make sure you turn off the Unit.
