My Acer Aspire 5630 keeps putting up the following message when I boot up.

"Check file system.
The type of file system is FAT 32.One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.You may cancel the disk check but it is strongly recommended that you continue. Will now check the disk
Volumne Serial No1D0F-11D5
Windows is verifying files and folders"

This takes a few minutes and then
the screen shows various details of what has been done but clears too quickly to be able to copy or record.
This occurs nearly everytime I boot up.
Can anyone offer me any help
