radiator stopped working?

all the radiators in my house work except the kitchen radiator. the pipe up to the radiator is hot but no heat goes beyond that. i've tried getting the air out of the radiator but this did not resolve it. any ideas

if it has a thermostatic rad valve then remove the head off the valve and pull gently on the spindle. (probably stuck)

one of the radiator valves is either closed or stuck shut / blocked.
