I put the knife through the small freezer box in my bar fridge and gas came out,can I fix this. The temperature is not cold anymore. Help.

No you can't - a fridge relies on gas pressure to work so unfortunately the gas has gone. Not worth a repair - time to reach into the piggy bank.
