What's the fault with my Bosch Exxcel WTA3204GB/09?

My dryer will only dry one or two items at a time. I've checked the outlet is clear and run the machine with the hose off. The exhaust initially is warm but then goes cold. Is this a faulty thermostat?

We've got something similar, where after 10 mins, the machine stops and the yellow "drying" light sits there flashing away....
