Hi i have a peuegot speedifght 2 07 plate.
last couple of months i keep noticing a petrol leak often. usually when i just fill up but its quite alot of the time and i go through petrol really fast.
also it starts up slower than it used to and acceleration has dropped a bit. it used to have really sharp acceleration but doesnt have as much power anymore.
i dont really know much about bikes so was wondering if someone could help please.

YEah i just put more oil in and its not that i dont think thankyou though. its coming from i think the carb but i know its coming from where the overflow pipe comes out near there. i did get my friend to cut some fing of the exhuast which i really badly regret because its now suddenly gone slow it started two days ago. gone slow and no power worse than before. just wonderin if any1 else knows aswel.
really upset because i love my bike. just want it to be good again lol.

If it is a two stroke so have you kept your oil topped up.
This mixes in the engine and so all you have to do is keep topped up. Really important. I am sure you have but I have to ask.
The fuel leak- Where is it coming from? The carb? Be worth trying to find out and letting the forum know and someone may be able to help.
You also may need a decoke of the pipe you wil lose power if this is the case.
