I HAVE JUST CHANGED A MERCEDES VITO 2007 CLUCH?

I HAVE JUST CHANGED THE CLUTCH AND WHEN I PUT THE SLAVE CYLINDER BACK IN AND TAKE THE CLAMP OFF THE HOSE THE FLUID IS COMIG BACK OUT OF WHERE IT MEETS THE BEARING, IT HAS A BLACK PLASTIC HOUSING AROUND THE TIP OF THE PIPE AND IS HELD IN PLACE BY A HORSE SHOE CLIP, I HELD THE OLD PART OF THE BEARING IN MY HAND AND CONNECTED IT IN TO IT TO SEE IF IT WAS A PROB WITH JUST THE NEW ONE BUT ITS DOING THE SAME, CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE AND GIVE ME SOME ADVICE??

the connecting pipe to the release bearing housing has a black round rubber seal on the end of it, if this is missing you will not create the seal required... £1 from mercs, it slips over the round black plastic spacer which has a split...
