clearly petrol problems. possible a blockage somewhere. The only way is to strip down and have a look. Have you let it run low on fuel recently? If so could be muck not letting fuel in properly. I would change your plug and air filter while your at it. Haynes do a manual and it is worth investing £20 so you can have a go yourself. if your not confident get someone who is to help.
