Triton Opal Electric Swower?

This unit will not stop the flow of water from the shower head when the power is off. I had previously turned off the rising main supply in order to change some tap washers. Is it possible that in turning on the rising main I have not adjusted it to the a pressure appropriate to the shower unit? Could I have damaged the unit by turning the rising main to too high a pressure.

Hi, sounds like the solenoid valve is broke and not turning off properly. Maybe when you were changing the washers some small piece of debris got into the pipework and foundit's way to the shower and is lodged in the valve.
