On my Electrolux EOB976 the grill element has partially failed - inner element seems to be working but only half of the outer element glows red.

Could this be a connection failure or will it need a new element? Are these elements obtainable? Cost? Are they easy to replace?

elements glow red on the inner and are black heat on the outer and this is normal and not a fault.
