just been reading the question about the megane with the speedo "flicking" and was wondering if this is the same as my wifes megane, when you turn the ignition on the speedo, rev counter, temp gauge and fuel gauge all start going round in sequence but if you press the trip reset they all go to their normal positions and also the trip computer button on the end of the window wiper stalk when you operate the window washers (frnt and back) the trip computer goes through it's sequence.

would be grateful if anyone could help out with this problem as it's really getting annoying now.
