My 2005 Ryobi BC30 runs like crap, hard starting, not a lot of power and pretty low RPM limit. My carb doesn't have the red and white plastic caps that people are talking about removing. It has appx. 4mm hex looking heads that are elongated on two sides. The screws are encased in a very small opening. Anybody come up with a tool solution for this model?
