zanussi frost free?

my freezer is leaking water all over my floor can be ok for a few days then it leaks again also build up of ice in freezer can anyone help?

there is a hole with a spout which lets the water out on top of the compressor at the back.if these block the water comes back inside the base of the freezer.defrost it for 24 hrs and then unblock the hole at the back
