why are my dash lights flashing got pats code 3.2?

went to start my car the other day and its immoblised getin pats code 32. now all the dash lights have started flashing an all anyone can say is take it to ford. its a 98 td can anyone help please

P.A.T.S. code 32 is ECM/immobilzer control module communication - no response from ECM poss causes :- wiring, ECM, immobilizer control module you either need an auto-electrician or Ford
