Hi all, did anyone find an answer to this fault?
We too have a DRVS 62 tumble dryer which is just out of warranty. It works fine except the temperature of the air coming out of the vent can only be described as 'warm'. We've looked at the heating element and that seems OK.
Beko customer support don't want to know.
