Vokera 20-80 R.S. Flowmatic - Looses pressure and Dripping Water?

Hi
We have a Vokera 20-80 R.S. Flowmatic combi boiler and it is dripping water from what I believe is the three way diverter? Anyway this is a picture of what is leaking...

It is coming from the hole in the bottom that seems to be threaded and I was wondering if it should indeed have a screw in it??

Cheers
Scott

Had a look at pic, You need a New Diverter Valve i'm afraid, the hole is for one of three clamping screws for the diaphragm housing You should be aboe to obtain a SHORT DIVERTER VALVE (No Diaphragm housing ) use the old one again, but the difference in cost is very little so may be easier to obtain whole thing
