Where can I get an operating manual for a McCulloch Virginia MH542 Hedgetrimmer?

I have renewed all fuel lines on my Virginia 542 hedge cutter including the bubble and I have it going but it will not tick over like it did previously. I've tried turning the 2 screws H&L but to no avail. Could you
.advise me the correct way to adjust them. The idle screw has not been adjusted. It will only start on full throttle and keep going in high revs. If I ease throttle back it cuts out about half revs.

Brian, if you search for the web site safemanuals.com/reference mcculloch, you will see on the right hand side of the home page you can down load operators manuals, the one you are looking for is under Virginia 542. i have just down loaded this for myself.
