It means the rotor is not turning. Remove basket, spray arm & filter plate. Remove rotor by turning the lock ring 90 deg anti clockwise. Pull rotor out. Check for any food or debris in the hole or around the rotor body. Put rotor back & lock ring by turning 90 deg clockwise. Replace filter plate, spray arm & basket. Try a cycle. If rotor will still not turn you will have to call someone out to check the motor wiring etc.
