epson d92 printer is saying rpc server is unavailable. how do we fix this?

If epson cannot help you with this problem I suggest you try calling supportrix at 1-866-437-6418 they might be able to fix this problem. Check their site at www. supportrix.com. A friend of mine referred me to them and they were great.. Problem was fixed in no time
