Craftsman hydro drive riding mower runs great but will not move; I thought it was low oil in hydro trans axle but after adding fluid it still doen't move, the belt seems to be tight enough but still does not attempt to move in either diection.
Check that the freewheel control has not been activated. If that's not it, then the transmission is probably dead. Replacement required. Not cheap, but cheaper than a new tractor (just).
