how can I fix my BT Studio 3500 ?

the power /in use green light keeps flashing despite all three handsets being firmly cradled - I have tried unplugging from the phone socket but to no avail. all three handsets when picked up have the engaged tone

press the down arrow to open the calls list then close it on every handset and it should stop flassing.
