i have this machine steam washing and drying properly for month, all the sudden, when i try to dry clothes by press dry button as usual, it begin add water and end up it cannot finish and just stopped w/ plenty water in the drum and giving error code 'FE', called customer service and was advised to clean up water inlet and unplug and plug back, still the same, and, tried w/ all other washing cycle are all fine, just anything combined w/ dry got same problem (same error code)

if it's water inlet filter needed to be clean up, then, all other cycle should got same problem too, however, this problem only happen to 'dry' part

i kinda suspect this dry function was mixed up w/ other washing cycle and possible i can reset the computer to restore everything back??

please help
