My beko washing machine wont do anything at all! The Start/Pause Cancel light is on as are the Wash and Spin/End lights and that wont change no matter where I put the dial or what buttons I press. The door will only open when I turn the power off at the mains. Please help

press and hold the start button for 3-5 seconds.hopefully the pump will start up.leave it alone and eventually it shoud reset and light the ready led
