How to dismantle a Samsung SGH J700 ?

Hi
My son has dropped his Samsung SGH J700 Mobile Phone and it is working ok but the slider looks like it has come off its rail so when you push it up it seems to be only held at the bottom and I wanted to try and repair it but think you will have to dismantle the phone can you help?

I have just dismantled one of these. There are twelve screws to remove, in order to clip the front back on to its locating lugs. Take off the battery cover, and you'll see four screws, there are two more under the plastic plugs at the bottom. With the back off, you need to peel off the black sticker under the battery, (stays sticky enough to go back). You also need to release the circuit board, two more screws near the outside middle do this. There are two ribbon cables attached to the circuit board, which actually plug in, and can be unplugged. With the circuit board out of the way, there is a plate held in place with a bit of metallic tape, which also needs to be removed. With this out of the way, you can get to the other two screws that hold the slider mechanism in place. When you put the slider back, make sure the locating lugs are clipped in, under the battery section, then put the four short black screws back in.

Everything looks very fragile, but even with my huge paws, I got this apart, and back together, AND it still works.

Hope this helps someone.

Oh, and Samsung, very nice job.
