My DeLonghi ESF461ST oven has a faulty electrical connection?

Fan oven power keeps 'flickering' between on and off - very like when a wire in a plug has got a loose connection. Guessing it is a loose connection somewhere behind the control panel but not sure how to go about getting to it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Remove the full oven from your kitchen unit and turn it on its front, be careful not to damage door etc. Undo all the 8 screws onthe rear and remove panel. Check all connections, there are 2 fans on this model. It could be the fan thats clogged with grease or just faulty. Its easy to replace, unlike the heating element unfortunately. MAKE SURE ITS UNPLUGGED!!!
