the pump prob stuck, try lightly tapping it, but this hardly works, next thing is to turn off all the valves under the boiler ( black leavers ) then locate the pump this is normaly right hand lower side of the bolier, in the middle of the pump is a silver screw plate with a slot in it, remove this plate and then you`ll see the spindle of the pump, turn this with a screw driver it may be a bit tight to start but should free up, now replace the silver screw plate open the valves and try starting the boiler!!
