ideal response 120 boiler - no hot water?

hi i have a ideal response 120 boiler. eveything seems to be working fine on it except i have no hot water. the pressure is fine and the centeral heating works perfectly. i have called a plumber round twice and both times he just connected a laptop to it and told me there wasnt a problem (i dont think he understood the fact that i had no hot water).

also the "Burner On" light does not light up, does this have anything to do with the problem.

Can anyone help please im desperate?!!!

Morning Sharon - i've woken up this morning to experience the exact same issue as you have. I have the same combi ideal response 120 boiler.

Have you managed to resolve your issue? If yes, how?

Thanks and Rgds,
Amit.

I can't remember if this boiler has a Diaphragm diverter valve or an Electrical type, But it sounds as if the Diaphragm, or domestic flow switch (whichever is applicable) needs replacing?
