I have two problems. One, the drum is making a horrible rattling noise when spinning and ,two, grey circular patches are appearing on the "washed" clothes. Ithink one prob maybe limescale build up or the filter needs changing but i cannot seem to locate filter. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
