You need to scroll through the Menu till you get to "HOME ADDRESS" Once there you need to edit or Delete to change the "HOME ADDRESS" Scroll through the details and Edit. Make sure you tap /Click "SAVE" before changing screens.
If this fails thee should be a pin head hole at the rear of the unit which says RESET gently place a pin into this whole for 10 seconds this will rest the unit to factory settings
