How can i fix my GHD Straightners? ?

My GHD Straightners wire has partially split and sometimes when i move it around to try and make the wire touch it works i have tried supergluing it back together it doesnt work also the warauntee on them has run out
does anyone know how i could fix it ?

I had this and stupidly sent them back to GHD,
They told me they could not be repaired, would not send them back as unsafe, but did offer me a new pair with bag and heatr resistant mat and 2 full size products for £70

buy a new cable on ebay about £5 really easy to fit

you DONT superglue the wire
you have to solder it back together for it to work properly then cover the mended wire with insulation tape
