the cause is a blocked drain hole in the freezer compartment behind the back wall.as is goes through a defrost cycle every few days the ice that melts cant drain away so it refreezes at the bottom and the containers get stuck. easy fix turn it off and let it defrost for 24 hours with the freezer door open.then clean up the melted ice water.and before u turn it on again pull out the fridge get behind it and just above the black compressor there is a plastic tray it might have some water in it.there is a small hose just above the tray. sqeeze the hose and water should come out of it.now empty the tray if u can. if not dont worry it will evaporate as the compressor heats up. now u can turn it on and it should be fixed.
