Cool air blowing only from Hoover Nextra 8?

I have a Hoover Nextra 8 tumble dryer which is only blowing out cool air, it is lighting up filter care, we have cleaned all as per instruction but still no hot air coming through, can anyone help?

SOS SOS.... i have the same problem with my Hoover Nextra8 tumble dryer, a week before Christmas and it's suddenly not creating any heat in the drum
Everthing else is working and my husband has cleaned everything in sight but no luck
